15 years ago, when Raphael Webscapes was conceived, the world was a very different place. September 11 was just a date that occurred sometime after Labor Day. Bill Clinton was president of the US. The internet was starting to be interesting to the public. There were no smart phones, tablets or even iPods. Showcase Notes

We chose a few of our favorite sites to exhibit the way images inspire and drive our creations. Yes, we need specific information and we learn a lot from pertinent copy, but visible representation is much more intuitive. Our best websites are those with excellent photos and graphic art. As designers, we just need to display all of it in a logical format to fulfill the objective of the website. These visual elements are the best tools we have to educate, promote, and inform visitors to our sites.
